The Final Blog of the Term!

I would assess health in each domain at a 10 for the highest number except for the physical section which will be at a 9.  This is two points higher than assessing this during Unit 3.  The changes made are from maturating as a whole person and recognizing the importance of appreciating life and earning the rewards.  As I mentioned earlier, cardio is a necessary over strength training therefore I need to get on the board with it.  The reality is I am at a place of contentment with all aspects of each domain.  I have an understanding about each domain which serves its purpose.  I do not need to conform to the normality of others doing things “by the book”.
Throughout the ten week course, everything learned solidify that the soul living through self at this time is a gift and needs to be enjoyed.  Show appreciation for being chosen to live in this very moment.  Look good, smile at others, say thank you, understand it is not about self, share, learn to do things in life not because it was on the "bucket list" of things to do or "your friends and family urged you to do it".  I have also learned that none of us are here by "accident".  The key is to figure out the meaning of your existence and share it with others.
I would like for all of us to keep in touch via the blog.  This will put the exercises learned throughout this course to good use.
